What is the alternative to the NRLCA,
National Regressive Lame Concession
Association?
OLD PREMISE:
The NRLCA is useless. Do not be a member. Maybe, it will wake up, and do something.
NEW PREMISE:
The NRLCA is dead. It can't wake up.
I know that it can do very little because of the nature of the Agreement,
or Contract.
I do not know why it continually agrees to make many concessions.
The idea that the NRLCA can lead us to better working conditions is nonsense.
The alternative NRLCA is:
Nonsensical Rural Letter Carriers Association.
